Dear User Tester,

We’d like to hear your perspective on the banking industry generally before we ask you to provide feedback on a specific website.

The short survey on your screen (10 questions in your user testing app) asks about your experiences and opinions — not just about products and services, but about the human qualities that shape customer relationships with their banks, such as trust, transparency, and online perceptions. Please think "out loud" as you answer the 10 survey questions, but spend no more than one minute per question.

After the survey (through your user testing app), we will redirect you to a specific bank website to evaluate its brand experience.
