Additional Terms: Directory, AI Content & Awards

1. Service Provider & Identity — "Better Buyer" is a proprietary brand of RivalMind, LLC. It is not a separate legal entity. All services, directories, and awards provided under the Better Buyer name are owned, operated, and managed solely by RivalMind, LLC.

2. Business Directory & AI-Generated Descriptions — The Website features a directory of third-party businesses.

Public Data & AI Content: Company profiles are compiled from publicly available information. Portions of these profiles, including business descriptions and service listings, may be generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI). While we intend for these descriptions to be professional and complimentary, AI-generated content can occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies regarding a business's specific services or history.

"As Is" Accuracy: We do not warrant that descriptions, contact details, or service lists are current or error-free. You agree that RivalMind, LLC is not liable for any inaccuracies in these descriptions.

No Endorsement: The presence of a business in this directory does not constitute an endorsement by RivalMind, LLC. Conversely, listing a business does not imply that the business has endorsed RivalMind, LLC.

3. Research Studies & "Honoree" Awards —From time to time, we issue independent awards (e.g., "Brand Humanity Award") to third-party brands based on our proprietary research.

Independent Recognition: These awards are issued solely by RivalMind, LLC based on independent consumer perception data. Honorees are selected based on merit and study results; they have not paid for, commissioned, or sponsored these awards unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Opinions & Methodology Disclaimer: Rankings, ratings, awards, and written commentary published on the Website reflect consumer survey responses, aggregated data, and/or editorial opinion as of the date of publication. All rankings and awards represent consumer perception data and/or editorial analysis and are protected opinion to the fullest extent permitted by law. Study methodologies may vary by category and may change over time. No ranking or award is a statement of objective fact or a guarantee of performance.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any study results, rankings, directory listings, or written descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.

No Affiliation: Being named an "Honoree" does not imply that the honored company is affiliated with, or has endorsed, RivalMind, LLC or Better Buyer.

4. Correction & Removal Requests — If you are an authorized representative of a company listed in our directory or studies and believe a description is inaccurate—or if you wish to have your listing removed entirely—please contact us at privacy@rivalmind.com. We are happy to correct or remove listings upon verification.

Discretionary Removal: While we may correct or remove listings as a courtesy, RivalMind, LLC is not obligated to remove or alter any content unless required by law or in our sole discretion.

5. Liability Limitation (Directory & Studies): To the maximum extent permitted by law, if any liability is found to arise from a directory listing, published study, award, ranking, or other research-related content on the Website, RivalMind, LLC’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), or the amount actually paid to RivalMind, LLC by the user or entity asserting the claim, whichever is greater.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RivalMind, LLC from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute involving your business listing or public representation.
